Standard hourly rate

€65 excluding VAT / hour

Labor for planned interventions (excluding emergencies). Materials billed as needed.

Beyond: €0.60 excluding VAT/km (round trip calculated from Mortain-Bocage).

Complex technical work (compliance with standards, renovation, multi-station coordination, etc.) is subject to a detailed, free and no-obligation quote.

Travel + Diagnosis Scale

Complete diagnosis Travel (≤ 50 km) + up to 1 hour on site (tests, dismantling, checks). 60 € Oral report, deducted if quote validated.
Expert diagnosis + written report Travel (≤ 50 km) + up to 1 hour + written report and recommendations. 90 € Ideal for insurance / technical expertise.
  • Diagnostics are billed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Amount deducted from the final invoice if quote validated.
  • Beyond the included time: billing at the standard hourly rate (€65/h excluding VAT).
  • Customer absence at the appointment: travel billed at €40 excluding VAT.

Emergency repairs

For power outages, short circuits, broken equipment or safety risks, we intervene outside of normal hours (subject to availability).

  • Weekdays (8am–6pm) : €80 excluding VAT for the first hour
  • Evening (6 p.m.–10 p.m.) : €100 excluding VAT for the first hour (travel included)
  • Night (10 p.m.–8 a.m.), Sunday or public holiday : €150 excluding VAT for the first hour
  • Overtime : €65 excluding VAT / hour, or immediate quote as required
Emergencies are treated on quote announced in advance and validated before moving. No intervention without prior agreement.
