Clear pricing, with “from” prices when the intervention depends on access, complexity or the existing condition. Technical projects are quoted after discussion or a site visit.
Labour
Base rate for scheduled interventions. The price may vary depending on complexity, urgency, accessibility or the technical level required.
Travel
Around Mortain-Bocage. Beyond that: from €0.60 excl. VAT / km, calculated according to distance and the nature of the intervention.

- Diagnostics may be deducted if the related work is carried out afterwards.
- The exact price is confirmed before the intervention when a diagnostic is required.
- Beyond the planned time, additional work is billed at the hourly rate or quoted separately.
- If the customer is absent at the appointment, travel may be billed.
Repairs
Depending on the fault, urgency, time required, availability and intervention conditions. Repairs remain a one-off service, not an automatic fixed package.
Validation before travel
Every paid intervention is explained and validated in advance. No travel is billed without clear prior agreement.
