Do you offer urgent call-outs?

Yes, depending on our schedule and the level of urgency. In the event of a major fault, we do our best to intervene quickly.

What is your average response time?

We intervene as quickly as possible. The response time depends on the area, type of fault, urgency and current workload.

Can you work on an installation you did not install?

Yes. We can work on existing installations, even if they were not installed by Élec & Confort.

What should I do before you arrive in case of an electrical fault?

If there is any danger, switch off the power at the electrical panel and contact us. Do not dismantle the installation yourself.

Do you have a fault or technical issue?

Direct contact is recommended so we can quickly assess the situation.

Servicing & maintenance

Oil boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, technical equipment and annual maintenance.

Why should annual maintenance be carried out?

Maintenance helps reduce breakdowns, preserve performance, improve safety and extend the service life of your equipment.

Do you service oil boilers?

Yes. We carry out annual servicing of oil boilers, including checks, cleaning and verification of proper operation.

Do you service heat pumps?

Yes. We work on heat pumps for maintenance, inspection, cleaning and performance checks.

Do you service ventilation systems?

Yes. We service ventilation systems: cleaning, operational checks, extraction verification and airflow checks where required.

Do you provide a maintenance certificate?

Yes. A maintenance certificate can be provided after the intervention, depending on the equipment concerned.

Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?

Yes, depending on the need and equipment. Contracts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to remain consistent with the actual installation.

Do you also provide repairs after maintenance?

Yes. We handle servicing, maintenance and repairs when equipment requires additional work.

Do you carry out full electrical renovations?

Yes. We carry out full electrical renovations for houses, homes, professional premises and buildings under renovation.

Do you carry out electrical compliance upgrades?

Yes. We provide safety upgrades and compliance work on existing installations, depending on the condition of the panel, circuits and protection devices.

Do you replace electrical panels?

Yes. We create, replace, reorganise and secure electrical panels.

Do you accept DIY-type work or partial non-compliant repairs?

No. We refuse work that cannot be carried out properly or in compliance with standards. The objective is to guarantee a reliable, durable and safe installation.

Do you work on air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps?

Yes. We can work on air-to-air and air-to-water heat pumps depending on the type of installation and the repair required.

Can you replace an old heating installation?

Yes. We can assess the replacement or improvement of an existing installation after a technical site visit.

Is a site visit required before heating work?

For basic maintenance, it is not always required. For a replacement, complex fault or renovation, a visit is preferable in order to provide a reliable quote.

Need annual maintenance?

Oil boiler, heat pump or ventilation system: intervention by appointment.

Do you install surveillance cameras?

Yes. We install video surveillance systems, including equipment such as Hikvision, with configuration and remote access if required.

Do you install alarm systems?

Yes. We provide installation and commissioning of alarm systems adapted to homes or professional premises.

Do you install RJ45 networks?

Yes. We install RJ45 cabling, patching, network outlets and clean, scalable local network layouts.

Can you improve WiFi coverage in a house or gîte?

Yes. We can assess WiFi coverage, add access points and improve network distribution throughout the building.

Do you install IT cabinets or NAS systems?

Yes. We can install and organise an IT cabinet, NAS or local storage solution according to the client’s needs.

Solar power, batteries & energy autonomy

Do you work on existing solar installations?

Yes. We intervene in particular for repairs, maintenance, checks and optimisation of existing solar installations.

Do you repair inverters?

Yes. We can work on issues involving inverters, micro-inverters, protection devices and associated electrical connections.

Do you install battery storage systems?

Yes. We offer battery storage solutions, particularly for solar projects, energy autonomy or electrical backup needs.

Do you install Tesla Powerwall?

Yes. Élec & Confort can work on Tesla Powerwall storage solutions, depending on the technical conditions of the site.

Can you equip an off-grid site?

Yes. We can assess solutions for off-grid sites: solar production, battery storage, electrical protection and adapted distribution.

Quotes, site visits & process

A serious quote is based on the actual situation, not guesswork.

Is the quote free?

Quotes are generally free for simple and standard requests. For major projects, full renovations, gîtes, apartments or complex studies, an assessment may be charged.

Is a site visit required before a quote?

Yes, in most cases. A site visit allows us to check the existing installation, technical constraints and provide a reliable quote.

Service area

Local and regional interventions, with extended travel possible depending on the project.

What area do you cover?

We mainly operate around Mortain-Bocage and within an approximate 50 km radius.

Can you travel further away?

Yes. For a major project, a technical site or a specific request, we can work beyond our usual service area.

Are travel costs included?

Within the usual regional area, travel is generally included. For more distant interventions, the conditions are specified before travel.

Important: Élec & Confort prioritises clean, compliant and durable work. DIY-type requests, unsafe connections or modifications that cannot be guaranteed may be refused.
